Access device fraud

Ziggy Marcus Garvie, 28, of New Jersey and Sierra Leone, was charged with 23 counts of access device fraud and 23 counts of possessing instruments of crime after police found 23 fraudulent debit/credit cards during a search of a rental vehicle Garvie allegedly was driving 1:30 a.m. Aug. 5 along Interstate 78 westbound, east of Lehigh Street, Salisbury Township. Garvie was transported to Lehigh County Central Prison to be arraigned.
