The Lehigh Valley Sweet Adelines Chorus Sounds of Summer Concert, 7 p.m., Allentown's West Park at the historic bandshell, 16th and Turner streets, Allentown. Second annual 5K Run/Walk with your Doctor, Lehigh Parkway, 1700 Martin Luther Jr. Blvd., Allentown. Proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association and a raffle donation will benefit veterans for the Wounded Warrior Project. Upper Milford Historical Society meeting 6 p.m. at Jasper Park in Vera Cruz. There will be picnic refreshments in the park and John Fegley will talk about the historic Lenape Indian jasper mines/pits found in Jasper Park with time to explore the pit areas. For more information, call 610-966-4376.

The Crazy Quilters Quilt Guild will meet 7p.m. at the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 3461 Cedar Crest Blvd., Emmaus. The evening's program, A Quilter's Journey, will be presented by award-winner and well-known quilting instructor Teresa Fusco. There is a charge for visitors.
