Charges pending

in Heidelberg Twp

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say charges are pending against William James Wilkinson, 44, of Junedale, Carbon County, after an alleged road rage incident led to a physical altercation 4:15 p.m. on June 24 with Lucas E. Heller, 23, of Gilbert, Monroe County.

The incident happened at Route 309 and Long Court, Heidelberg Township.

Sara Hall reported her lawn mower was stolen sometime between noon June 10 and 4:54 p.m. on June 16 from her backyard at 5258 Sell Road, Lowhill Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Tires slashed

in Lynn Twp

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Dillen Tyler Snyder, 7354 Leaser Road, Lynn Township, reported two rear tires on his vehicle were slashed between 1 a.m. and 11 a.m. on June 21 from a side driveway.

2-vehicle crash

in Weisenberg Twp

State Police Troop M Fogelsville sayJocelyn Abreu-Jerez, 35, of Brodheadsville, Monroe County, was driving her 2011 Chevrolet Cruze out of a parking lot and allegedly failed to yield to oncoming traffic 6:52 p.m. June 4 on Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township.

Abreu-Jerez's Cruz struck a 2003 Saturn VUE driven southbound by Heather B. Horvath, 37, Emmaus. Horvath, who police say was wearing a seat belt, sustained a minor injury. She was transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Abreu-Jerez, who police say was wearing a seat belt, was uninjured.

She was charged with failing to yield to traffic. The Saturn required towing, police say.
