EMMAUS MAIN STREET PARTNERS Ninth annual golf classic draws 80 golfers

The Emmaus Main Street Partners ninth annual golf classic was held June 23 at Shepherd Hills Golf Club. All proceeds are used to support Emmaus Main Street Partners' programs.

Coordinated by Main Street Manager Jessica O'Donnell, the day was deemed a success.

"We had 80 golfers and 17 Chamber staff were present to help with our golf classic; I was so thankful for that, which strengthens the partnership between EMSP and Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce," O'Donnell said.

To add to the fun, staff offered packages to the golfers for three Mulligans, Pot O' Gold, Closest to the Pin, Red Rider, String per foot and a Sandy Toss.

Prizes and awards were presented to tournament champions, longest drive, closest to the pin, Pot O' Gold, hole in one and putting contest.

In addition, raffle prize bundles were available with a total value of $6,500. O'Donnell thanked everyone for the support of this event.

"It was a great day for golfing with the weather and everything running smoothly! People had fun and that's what it is all about," O'Donnell said.
