Man charged
with having pot
According to a police report received June 13, State Police Troop M Bethlehem allege Skylar Mark Strauss, 19, of Allentown, has a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia in his possession 4:45 p.m. May 24 in the Bake Oven Knob parking lot on Bake Oven Road, Heidelberg Township.
Strauss was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia before District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

for DUI
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Todd Ryan Christopher, 36, of New Tripoli, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 12:47 a.m. June 22, on Schochary Road at Sechler Road, Lynn Township.
Police say Christopher was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville allege Justin Garcia-Rodriguez, 24, of Allentown, was driving under suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol 8:07 p.m. June 5 on Route 309 at Krause Road, Heidelberg Township.
Police allege Garcia-Rodriguez had a small white tissue containing suspected marijuana in his possession.
He was taken into custody and charges have been filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.
