QNB Bank has announced two appointments.
Stephen Bauder was promoted to Senior Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial account relationships.
Bauder has worked for QNB Bank since 1985, most recently as Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer.
Bauder graduated from Quakertown Community High School and received a BS from West Chester University.
Bauder resides in Center Valley with his family.
QNB Bank recently named Tad Brannon as Business Systems Analyst - Loans. He is responsible for implementing strategic information technology plans and working as the liaison between operations, I.T. and the bank's business lines. Brannon will lead enterprise-wide projects, including new software deployment and process improvement, while working with vendors to ensure technical work is completed and compliant.
He brings 12 years of banking experience to QNB Bank, previously serving as VP-Retail Lending Manager for First Savings Bank.
Brannon studied Business at Florida State University and Accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has received multiple Microsoft certifications from CoreTrain, Inc.
Brannon directs the drama and music programs at Pennridge High School. He is on the Board of Directors for S.T.A.R.S., a non-profit theater company in Bucks County and Head Coach for the Pennridge 9U Travel baseball team.
Brannon lives in Perkasie with his family.
