Firefighters use firefighting foam to extinguish a trash fire on Interstate 78 May 30. Eastern Salisbury Fire Department's 3,500 gallon tanker supplied water to Upper Saucon's fire engine. Crews used tools to pull the pile apart, checking for hotspots. The driver of the truck was treated by EMS at the scene for smoke inhalation. The right lane of eastbound traffic and the Summit Lawn exit were closed during the incident by PennDOT.
