Weisenberg Lutheran Church will host its annual two-day Sunday School picnic June 7 and 8.

The group, Jack Snyder and Friends, will perform 5 p.m. June 7. "Phat Boys" will perform from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

On June 8, there will be a hymn sing at 5 p.m. followed by the "Steel Creek Band," 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Come expecting good entertainment, good food, baked goods for purchase, door prizes and more.

Ziegels Union Church welcomes all men in the community to the men's breakfast 7 a.m. every Friday at the Cracker Barrel restaurant, Fogelsville. Good fellowship is included with the meal.

Lighthouse Baptist Church, 2096 Independent Road, New Smithville, will host its annual Community Picnic on the Hill June 21.

Entertainment and food are free. Wooden Nickel will perform 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mike Hertzog and Keith Brintzenhoff will perform as strolling musicians 2-4 p.m.

There will be Christian clowns, face painting, mimes, balloon animals, children's games and activities, bounce house, Andy the Ambulance, and more. Bring lawn chairs.
