The 2014 Fountain Hill Memorial Day service will be held 1 p.m. May 22 at the Fountain Hill memorial plot. The event features the Broughal Middle School Band, Fountain Hill Elementary School essay contest winners, remarks by Mayor Jose Rosado and by Gerhart Bassett, commander, Fountain Hill American Legion. The salute will be given by the American Legion Post #576 Firing Squad.

The program is made possible thanks to the Fountain Hill American Legion, the Fountain Hill Exchange Club, Borough of Fountain Hill employees and the principal and teachers of Fountain Hill Elementary School.
