Animal lovers and blood donors turn out to support the "Heroes Helping Heroes" blood drive in Macungie Memorial Park.
The blood drive, sponsored by Valley Central Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center's Animal Blood Bank, Cloud Nine Pet Services at Kimberly Memorial Park, Queen of the Valley Farm and Miller-Keystone Blood Center, took place May 4.
