Vehicle shot

with pellets

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Duane Alan Romig Sr. reported the passenger side of his 1997 Nissan Maxima was shot with pellets between 10 p.m. May 1 and 4 p.m. the next day while it was parked at 1975 Adams Road, Weisenberg Township.

Charges filed

against driver

Tory Kay Sukanick, 29, of New Tripoli, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 1:29 a.m. April 18 on Route 143 at Gun Club Road, Lynn Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Police allege Sukanick was driving under the influence.

Charges will be filed, police say.

Rocks damage

vehicle in Weisenberg Twp

A 40-year-old Coopersburg man reported thrown rocks broke two of his windows sometime between noon April 29 and 9:30 a.m. May 1 causing two to break at 2186 Folk Dr. Weisenberg Township,State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Damage is estimated at $1,500.

Man charged

with harassment

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 37-year-old woman and 36-year-old man, both from New Tripoli, were involved in an altercation 8:30 p.m. April 30 at 5384 Blue Bird Road, Lowhill Township.

Police say the woman reported her boyfriend/fiance allegedly pulled her hair and attempted to break her fingers while trying to take her cell phone away.

Police say charges or harassment will be filed against the man.

Driver injured

in one-vehicle crash

State Police Troop M Fogelsville allege John B. Treese, 63, of Kutztown, was allegedly seen driving erratically before losing control of his 2004 Dodge pickup, which struck a concrete bridge abutment 6:26 p.m. April 30 on Old Route 22 at Heffner Road, Weisenberg Township.

Treese was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for treatment of injuries, police say.

Man issued

citation

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Darlen Ganong, 57, of New Tripoli, was issued a non-traffic citation 7:45 p.m. April 24 for failure to confine his dog after it allegedly left his property and came in contact with a 51-year-old New Tripoli man on numerous occasions at 8311 Carpet Road, Weisenberg Township.

Police say the citation was filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.
