Catasauqua High School fall sports and marching band sign-ups are now taking place in the athletic office.

The CHS Guidance Office has reported that the non-Catasauqua Scholarship page on the high-school website has been updated.

Make sure you check out the many opportunities that are out there for scholarships.

Spirit day activities are quickly approaching at CHS.

Activities will take place tomorrow. All a.m., p.m. and all day LCTI students who would like to participate and attend Spirit Day should obtain a signed note from their parent or guardian allowing them to remain at the high school for the activities.

The note must be turned in to the main office no later than 8 a.m. tomorrow.

Congratulations to Mitchell Fehn, Danielle Lilly, Orlando Nieves and Devin Flores for winning the 60 second video category at the second annual statewide 2014 PAYSPI Contest for Youth Suicide Prevention.

The team won based on public votes and judged criteria.

The students will now have the opportunity to be honored at the Suicide Prevention and Awareness Night at the Harrisburg Senators minor league baseball game May 16.
