Upper Macungie Township has partnered with tennis pros George Henry and Ed Pfenninger for a five-week spring instructional tennis clinics Tuesday for children ages 4-6; Tuesdays and Thursday for ages 7-18 and for adults May 6 to June 5 at Ricky Park, 5875 Ricky Ridge Trail, Orefield.

Parkland Community Library, 4422 Walbert Ave, South Whitehall Township, will host speaker Marcel Guindine 7-8 p.m. May 1 and 8 for "Conversation Cafe: French."
Learn through music or refresh and practice speaking French.
Drop-in Storytime for families with young children and children of different ages will take place 10:30-11 a.m. May 2 and 9.
There will be stories, songs, and games for the family to share.
"Basic Computer Class: Using eBay" is being offered 9-10 a.m. May 3 at the library.
The teen group, for kids in grades 7-12, meets from 7:30-8:30 p.m. May 6.
Baby Storytime, for newborns to 17 months old, will be offered from 10:30-11 a.m. May 7 and 14 at the library.
An adult must stay with each child. Siblings may attend.
There will be stories, songs, movement activities and fingerplays.
The Seniors Book Club meets 3-4 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in Crest Hall at Luther Crest Retirement Community, 800 Hausman Road, South Whitehall. The May 13 selection is "The Hangman's Daughter" by Oliver Potzsch.
Bring your blankie, and the entire family for some bedtime stories read by the youth services librarian and girls from Brownie Troop 6214 7-7:30 p.m. May 13 to celebrate Children's Book Week May 12-17.
Also bring a canned good to donate to the Brownie Troop 6214. Then stop by the youth services department to have your picture taken with your favorite children's book and the library will post it on the Flickr site.
Family Movie Night will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. on May 14 at the library.
Reservations are required to attend the Conversation Café, parent and child workshop, Baby Storytime, and the bedtime stories.

The Busy Bees at St. John's UCC, 1027 Church St., Fogelsville, are accepting orders for their hoagie sale May 21.
