Teen charged
with harassment
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 17-year-old boy shoved and attempted to punch a 33-year-old Allentown man at 10:29 a.m. April 23 at Lehigh Learning and Achievement School, 2936 Corporate Court, Lowhill Township.
The teen is being charged with harassment, police say.
Port-A-Potty
damaged
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Star Construction, Allentown, reported a fire extinquisher was sprayed inside a Port-A-Potty at 2042 Folk Road, Weisenberg Township, sometime between 10 p.m. April 22 and 7 a.m. the next day leaving a powdery residue .
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact state police at 610-395-1438.
SUV hits man
at Super 8
Sharon Barber, 54, of Whitehall, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer when her SUV struck Marelis Garcia-Rivera, 25, of Allentown, 2:55 p.m. April 21, in the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel, Old 22 and Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township.
According to police, Barber was backing out of a parking space when her vehicle hit Garcia-Rivera, who was walking behind it.
Garcia-Rivera sustained a minor injury, police say.
Barber, who was wearing her seat belt was uninjured.
Freightliner hits
guardrail on I-78
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Stephen R. Wonderly, 30, of Oil City, was driving a 2012 Freightliner Cascadia tractor 4:33 a.m. April 28 on I-78 East, Weisenberg Township, when it left the roadway and struck a guardrail before coming to a final rest blocking the right lane.
Wonderly, who was wearing his seat belt, sustained minor injuries and transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
The tractor required towing from the scene, police say.
Wonderly was charged with a traffic violation, police say.
