Debra Brinton, is presented with a Salisbury Township Volunteer Recognition plaque by Township Commissioner Robert Martucci, Jr. Brinton was a volunteer with the Salisbury Youth Association for 17 years, a PTA president for 10 years and a Girl Scouts Brownies Leader, Den Mother and Camp Counselor.
