Airport personnel, multiple crews from area fire and EMS units, Red Cross and several federal agencies all work together at a mock disaster drill at the Lehigh Valley International Airport April 12. Crews used a Boeing 727 cargo aircraft and almost a hundred volunteers to run the drill. This type of drill is conducted every three years at the airport and is used to test emergency procedures and refine how rescue operations work together.
