According to a police report received April 3, Melissa Fegley, 1200 block of Little Creek Circle, Breinigsville, was stopped March 14 for an alleged traffic violation at Kernsville and Township Line roads, Lowhill Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Police allege she was under the influence of alcohol.

Charges were filed with District Judge Rod R. Beck, Slatington.

Police investigate Lynn Twp crash

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 26-year-old Kempton man was involved in a traffic crash 2:41 a.m. April 4 on Five Point Road at Ross Valley Road, Lynn Township.

Police allege he could be driving under the influence of alcohol.

The man was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for medical treatment.

This incident remains under investigation.

According to a police report received April 6, a 34-year-old man from the 10,000 block of Old Route 22, Weisenberg Township, reported his checking account was accessed without his permission between March 21 and 22.

Pipe stolen

from yard

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a man reported PVC pipe was stolen sometime between 4 p.m. April 4 and 4:12 p.m. April 6 from his yard in the 5000 block of Wessnerville Road, Lynn Township.
