Area student inducted into honor society

Mallory Elliott, of Macungie, recently was inducted into the Widener University chapter of Kappa Theta Epsilon, the national honor society for cooperative education.

The honor society Kappa Theta Epsilon was established in 1957 to promote academic achievement and recognize outstanding students participating in cooperative education. To be inducted, students must exhibit superior scholarship, exemplary character and distinguished personal qualities.
