NWL graduate

completes training

Ryan P. McNally graduated Feb. 20 from Delta Company 795th Military Police Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.

Directly after completing an intensive, nine-week program of basic military training, he began the 11 weeks of AIT military police training.

It was during this time that he qualified "Expert Marksman" with the M4.

He was the only private to qualify expert, and was presented with the "Top Gun" award by Lt. Col. Kyle W. Bayless, commander of the 795th Military Police Battalion, during the ceremony.

This outstanding achievement reflects motivation and professionalism of the highest order, and reflects great credit upon Ryan, the 795th Military Police Battalion, and the U.S. Army.

He will be stationed at Fort Riley, Kan., with 97th Military Police Battalion.

McNally graduated from Northwestern Lehigh High School in 2012.

He is the son of Patrick and Maria McNally of New Tripoli.

McNally is the brother to Emilee and Meghan McNally.
