Theft from vehicle
A resident in the 700 block of East Tioga Street reported 10:54 a.m. March 12 sometime overnight, an unknown person removed a pair of Nike sneakers from an unlocked vehicle.
Drugs
Angel Miller, 30, of Philadelphia, and Cynthia Foster, 27, of Philadelphia, were stopped 9:17 a.m. March 14 on Interstate 78 at the Summit Lawn exit for an alleged expired license plate on the vehicle. Upon further investigation, and a search by K-9 dogs, Miller was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. Foster was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. Miller was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Retail theft
June Davis, 46, of Bethlehem, was charged with retail theft at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., 5:47 p.m. March 17. Davis allegedly changed pricing on bed sheets for a difference of $212. Davis was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Leanne Zellner, 44, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft and possession of an instrument of crime 7:56 p.m. March 17 at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St. Zellner allegedly entered the dressing room with two wristlet purses which were not visible when she exited the dressing room. Two security tags were found in the dressing room without the purses. Zellner was allegedly found outside of the store with the wristlets and a pair of Titanium shears allegedly used to cut the tags. She was taken to Central Booking.
An unidentified black male was observed walking out of Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., 2:20 p.m. March 17 with two Polo shirts valued at $172.49. He went into A-1 Steakhouse and exited through the back door.
Aileen Leation, 64, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft and theft by deception after an incident at Bon-Ton 3300 Lehigh St. 5:07 p.m. March 19. Leation allegedly changed price tags on two purses for a total loss to Bon-Ton of $259.82.
Robbery
A victim reported he exited his vehicle at South Mall 6:53 p.m. March 17 and felt an object in his back while hearing a voice say "you got any money?" After a struggle, two attackers left the scene and were not apprehended. The one assailant is a white male with short hair and braces wearing a green hoodie and jeans. The second assailant is a black male with short hair wearing a black hoodie and jeans. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Salisbury Police at 610-797-1447.
Driving under the influence
Lee Weida, 31, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following a hit and run accident along Emmaus Avenue 3:23 p.m. March 18. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Vehicle theft
Knopf Automotive, 3401 Lehigh St., Allentown, reported the theft of a loaner car, 11 a.m. March 18.

A resident in the 2700 block of South Pike Avenue reported the theft of two pieces of copper spouting 5:20 p.m. March 18.
