The Salisbury Township Board of Commissioners is sponsoring its annual volunteer recognition awards program to honor individuals who have dedicated their time and energy to further the Salisbury Township community's quality of life.

A volunteer recognition dinner and awards presentaton is planned to be held the evening of April 23 in the township Municipal Building meeting room.

Township commissioners are expected to proclaim the month of April as "Volunteer Recognition Month."

If you know someone who volunteers in the township who you believe deserves recognition, download and complete the nomination application available on the Salisbury Township website, salisburytownshippa.org, and mail it to Randy Soriano, Salisbury Township manager, Salisbury Township, 2900 S. The deadline for nominations is March 31.
