Northwestern grad

to wed in August

Nichole Jane Rex, daughter of Gary Rex, of New Tripoli, and Linda Miller, of Orefield, is engaged to Dale Alan Fink, son of Dale and Marguerite Fink of Swansea, Ill.

Nichole, who graduated from Northwestern Lehigh High School in 2005, resides in Swansea.

She received a Bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics, and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, in 2012.

She works for Cuisine LLC., St. Louis, Mo., and is studying to become a registered dietitian.

Dale graduated from Althoff Catholic High School, Belleville, Ill., in 2006.

He received a Bachelor's degree in sports management from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Conn., in 2010.

Dale played professional arena football for the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks, Bethlehem.

He coaches high school football and provides personal training for quarterbacks through his Metro Elite Sports Program in Illinois.

The couple is planning an Aug. 1, wedding at Springfield Country Club, Delaware County.
