Coming to Lighthouse Baptist Church, 2096 Independent Road, New Smithville, is "Witness" in concert 7 p.m. March 30.

"Witness" is a gospel trio that performs a blend of traditional, Southern gospel, and light contemporary styles. A free will offering will be taken.

Ziegels Union Church Midweek Lenten Services will feature a soup meal at 6 p.m. followed by "Conversations with the Savior" each Wednesday until April 16.

The Junior Youth Movie Night is being offered at 6 p.m. March 8 for ages 3 through sixth grade. The evening begins with pizza. Children from the community are welcome to attend.

Zumba classes are back and meet 6 p.m. Mondays.

Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Department, 2500 Golden Key Road, is selling hoagies from Thomson's market, Walnutport, until March 25. Delivery is 4:30-6 p.m.April 3 at the fire station.

Choices are Italian, ham and American cheese, turkey, roast beef or tuna.

Crossroads Community Church, at Weisenberg Elementary School, 2665 Golden Key Road, invites community members to join them for Friends Day with the theme of "Losing My Religion" 10 a.m. March 16.

The service will be about God's plan, which is more exciting than just a long list of religious regulations. Come expecting to find out what is really important.

Genealogy work sessions are being offered from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month at the Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society, Werleys Corner.
