Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, are hosting an Italian dinner buffet from 4-7 p.m. March 8.

The all-you-can-eat menu includes baked ziti, chicken marsala, pasta with alfredo, sausage, or marinara sauce, salad, bread sticks, cake and beverages.

Tickets may be purchased at the church office or at the door. Take-out will be available.

Proceeds will be directed toward youth activities, events and retreats.

Youth of Union Lutheran will be collecting clothing, shoes, accessories, fabric, household items, and toys March 8-11.

Fashion Republic will pay for the items by the pound, then distribute the goods to people in need throughout the U.S. and abroad.

This project benefits not only the recipients but also the youth group to support its various endeavors, while also teaching the value of recycling.

A Shrove Tuesday pancake supper is scheduled for 6 p.m. March 4, at Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

The menu includes pancakes, sausage, applesauce and fastnachts.

At 7 p.m., juggler and magician Al Grout will provide entertainment.
