Nicholas Fisher, of Allentown, was named to the Dean's list for the fall 2013 semester.

Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the Dean's list.

Michael Rodgers, of Allentown, a member of the class of 2017 at Washington and Lee University, earned Dean's list status for the winter term 2013 at the school.

Dean's list status represents a term grade-average of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.

ELIZABETHTOWN COLLEGE

Dean's list

Carolyn Lukiewski, of Allentown, was named to the fall 2013 dean's list. Lukiewski is majoring in communications.

To earn this recognition, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.60 or better in 14 or more credit hours, of which at least 12 credits are letter-graded course work.

Only Elizabethtown's full-time undergraduate students are eligible for the Dean's list distinction.

UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT

Two area students are among those named to the Dean's list for the fall 2013 semester.

Erin Maurer, of Emmaus, is a junior majoring in exercise and movement sciences in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences; Alexa Bartel, of Allentown, is a sophomore majoring in environmental engineering in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.

To be named to the Dean's list, students must have a GPA of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Craig R. Miller, of Allentown, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in health science. Miller is a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School. Garrett J. Collins, of Allentown, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in health science. Collins is a graduate of Salisbury High School.

To be named to the Dean's list students maintain a 3.4 average out of a possible 4.0 scale.
