Any senior interested in a chance to receive a $1,000 scholarship should contact Mr. Snyder in the guidance office.

The Sixth Annual Dakota Galusha Memorial basketball tournament is scheduled for March 7-9. A $1,000 community scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from a school other than Northampton. The senior must volunteer a minimum of four hours at the tournament. Their name will then be entered into a raffle with other seniors who volunteer. The winner is drawn sometime in the middle of March.

Seniors Janelle Roth and Lester Estrada were recently honored, along with other Lehigh Valley school girls and boys, at the Lehigh Valley Soccer Scholar Athlete Banquet held at Northampton Community Center. Janelle is a two-year letter winner in girls soccer while Lester is a three-year letter winner in boys soccer, serving as captain his senior year. Congratulations to both of them on this tremendous accomplishment.
