STUDENT OF THE WEEK
Q. What grade are you currently enrolled in?
A. I am currently in 12th grade at Salisbury High School.
Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?
A. My favorite subject is history because I love the stories history has to tell.
Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?
A. I received first place at regional and state PJAS competition and was inducted into National Honor Society my junior year.
Q. What extracurricular activities are you involved in, both in and out of school?
A. I am vice president of Key Club, president of FBLA, vice president of SGA, treasurer of National Honor Society, a member of class advisory, a member of varsity soccer and softball and past member of varsity tennis.
Q. What is your next goal after high school?
A. My next goal is to pursue a career in nursing, more specifically focusing on pediatrics. I've been accepted to Penn State College of Nursing - University Park.
Q. What would you say your biggest challenge has been so far?
A. Selecting potential career paths with all the opportunities available.
Q. What do you want to be remembered for?
A. I want to be remembered for having a generous spirit, a warm heart and always lending a helping hand.
Q. Who is in your family?
A. I live with my mom Paula, my dad Coy and my brother Colin.
Q. Do you have someone you look up to?
A. I look up to my older brother Colin. I value the drive and dedication he has to pursue his dreams. He makes it look so easy.
Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?
A. Always be true to who you are and follow your dreams.
