Special to The Press
On Jan. 31, St. Ann School, Emmaus, held a family fun night to wrap up a week of events celebrating Catholic schools. Hosted by the current eighth grade class, the "Fiesta" included a variety of games, a silent auction, bingo, face painting, balloon animals courtesy of Flip Flop the clown, and an array of homemade goodies. Organizing teacher Beth Shields and her faculty team of Holly Heydorn, Maureen Leitzel, and Kelly Parise were ably assisted by sombrero-topped eight grade students and their parents.
All proceeds from the event will benefit a class trip to Baltimore.
