Theft

A patient visiting the emergency room at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest reported the theft of a Samsung Galaxy 3 cell phone 2 p.m. Jan. 23. The theft occurred two weeks prior to the date of the report as the hospital searched for the phone.

Theft from vehicle

A resident in the 100 block of 33rd Street, Allentown, reported the theft of a Garmin GPS from an unlocked vehicle 5:01 p.m. Jan. 24.

Retail theft

Javier Quinoes-Gonzalez, 36, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown 1:49 p.m. Jan. 24. Quinoes-Gonzalez allegedly removed four watches valued at $160 from the store. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

DUI

Sabwa Sula, 38, of Alburtis, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following an accident in the 900 block of East Susquehanna Street, Allentown, 3:59 p.m. Jan. 25. It was also determined there was an outstanding warrant for Sula. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
