In a Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas judgment by the Honorable Judge Maria L. Dantos Jan. 16, Stephen Pilon, 51, of Allentown, was found not guilty of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for an incident May 13, 2013 on Byfield Street, Allentown.

Pilon was charged after police allege he assaulted a motorist he confronted.
