Couple involved

in argument

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Michael Brown, 51, allegedly struck a 49-year-old woman from Kutztown during a domestic argument 5:37 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 9600 block of Old 22, Weisenberg Township.

Charges filed

against juvenile

State Police Troop M Fogelsville allege an 11-year-old male student bit a teacher who was attempting to restrain him 9:10 a.m. Jan. 14 at Lehigh Learning and Achievement Center, 2936 Corporate Court, Lowhill Township.

Charges will be filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court, police say.

Hot soup thrown

at center

Dillion Kyle Milburn, 19, of Allentown allegedly threw hot soup on the personal belongings of a staff member noon Jan. 14 at Lehigh Learning and Achievement Center, 2936 Corporate Court, Lowhill Township, say State Police Troop M Fogelsville.

A non traffic citation was filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

Assaults reported

at learning center

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 14-year-old female student engaged in a verbal argument with staff members after she became disruptive in a classroom and the hall 1:16 p.m. Jan. 10 at Lehigh Learning and Achievement Center, 2936 Corporate Court, Lowhill Township.

According to police, the student punched one teacher, bit another and spit on or at three staff members, ages 32, 40 and 41, all of Orefield, and verbally threatened them as they were attempting to restrain her.

Criminal charges were forwarded to the Lehigh County Juvenile Probation Offices, say police.

In another incident, police say an 11-year-old Allentown boy struck a 9-year-old Allentown boy in the head and torso area with a closed fist four to five times from 1-1:25 p.m. on Jan. 13 at Lehigh Learning and Achievement Center, 2936 Corporate Court, Lowhill Township.

He then spit on a 14-year-old Allentown boy, before striking a 11-year-old Allentown boy in the head and torso area with a closed fist approximately four to five times, police say.

Police say a Laurys Station woman, 58, attempted to separate them and was bit on the left hand by the boy.

He was placed under arrest and released to the Juvenile Detention Center, Allentown, police say.

Charges will be filed with District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.
