SuAnn Chen, M.D., a physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician, has joined Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network's Physician Group.

Dr. Chen, who specializes in brain injury rehabilitation, will be treating patients at the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, Allentown.

Chen performed a fellowship in brain injury rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She served her residency in PM&R at New Jersey Medical School and her internship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, N.J. She received an undergraduate degree in neurobiology from Princeton University.

Chen has performed research in traumatic brain injury at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and in spinal cord injury at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, West Orange, N.J.
