Metal stolen

According to a police report received Jan. 1, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Harry Hayden, 7060 Springhouse Road, Lynn Township, reported two I beams and several other scrap pieces of metal were stolen somebetween midnight on Sept. 1, 2013, and 10 a.m. Dec. 29, 2013, from his property.

for harassment

According to a police report received Dec. 30, 2013, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Trooper Joseph W. Hall was dispatched 9 p.m. Dec. 6, 2013, for a domestic incident at 3111 Mountain Road, Washington Township.

According to police, David J. Pituch, 30, allegedly kicked and shoved a woman to the ground during an argument.

A citation for harassment was filed against Pituch with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

According to a police report received Dec. 30, 2013, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a man and woman reported at 5:50 p.m. Dec. 6, 2013, their basement was entered in the 5600 block of Werleys Corner Road, Heidelberg Township.

Object damages

big rig's trailer

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say the driver of a tractor trailer belonging to Honey Locust Farms LLC, East Berlin, contacted police 11:18 p.m. Dec. 16, 2013, after two people threw an object from the Kecks Road overpass onto I-78, Weisenberg Township.

The object damaged the truck's trailer, police say.
