The Lehigh Valley Builders Association has named the "Hancock" model home at Traditions of America at Bridle Path the Best of 2013.

The award is the first local honor given to Bridle Path, a new 55 and over community which earlier was named the Best "On the Boards" 50+ Community in the U.S. by the National Association of Home Builders.

David Biddison, a Traditions of America Partner and Director of Operations, said, "Our peers in the Lehigh Valley are creating some terrific homes. It's an honor to have our design recognized as the best among in such a competitive marketplace."

The "Hancock" model is one of five in a Model Home Court at 1025 Bridle Path Road, Bethlehem.

The models showcase new 55 and over design trends and custom elements.

Tours are available from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily.
