Students in fourth grade are preparing for the fourth-grade Christmas program and band concert that will take place on Sheckler's stage on Dec. 19 at 7 p.m., for families and friends to come out and enjoy.

Sheckler students in all grades have been busy in art class with Mr. Kotran making ornaments to place on the grade level trees. Kindergarten students have been putting together puzzle picture frames. First graders are building a snowman, second grade is making Popsicle stick Santas, third-graders are staying warm while making tissue paper hats and mittens for their tree and fourth-graders are making ornaments that say "Merry Christmas" in languages from around the world.

Students are also anxiously awaiting for their classroom parties that will be held on Dec. 19, as well as for a special visit from Santa when he makes his way to Sheckler that day, to see if all the students are Thinking First.
