Theft from vehicle
A resident in the 400 block of East Federal Street, Allentown, reported 12:35 p.m. Nov. 21, an unknown actor smashed the left front window of a vehicle and removed a Pioneer radio valued at $300.
Criminal mischief
An unknown actor damaged the hood of a vehicle leaving three large dents in the 1900 block of Nottingham Road, Allentown, 6:59 p.m. Nov. 21.
False identification
Lisa Laslow, 46, unknown address, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement 3:26 p.m. Nov. 21 after an incident at West Rock Road and South Pike Avenue, Allentown.
Theft
A phone was taken from AT&T Wireless, 3384 Lehigh St., Allentown, 2:30 p.m. Nov. 22 valued at $529. Police are reviewing video surveillance and the theft is under investigation.
A man from Philadelphia rented a post hole digger valued at $2,172 from Allied Equipment Sales and Rental, 2937 South Pike Ave., Allentown, 11:31 a.m. Nov. 22 and never returned it.
Victoria's Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, reports the theft of three sweatshirts valued at $600, 11:43 a.m. Nov. 30.
A resident in the 2900 block of South Pike Avenue, Allentown, reports his ex-fiance took several items from the home valued at $1,200 and moved to Mexico.
A resident in the 1800 block of East Susquehanna Street, Allentown, reports the theft of a cell phone and Acer tablet, 8 p.m. Dec. 2.
Burglary
Residents of a home in the 2000 block of Woodside Court, Allentown, returned home 9:44 p.m. Nov. 23 to find their home burglarized. The ground floor rear window was pried open and $900 in cash, jewelry and an iPad were removed from the home.
Driving under the influence
Jason Rosado, 39, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence 1:25 a.m. Nov. 24 after a traffic stop on East Emmaus Avenue and the 1800 block of Seidersville Road. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Lizette Sontiago, no age provided, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence 7:43 p.m. Nov. 27 after a minor motor vehicle accident in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street, Allentown. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Juan Cuevas, 63, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop 7:51 p.m. Nov. 29. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Retail theft
Michael Owens, 37, of Old Forge, Pa., was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving under a suspended license 10:12 a.m. Nov. 25. Owens allegedly left Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, without paying for various Polo clothing, jumped into a car and left the premises.
Karina Santana, 21, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft 12:45 p.m. Nov. 27 after allegedly removing tags from two shirts and walking out of Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, without paying for the items. The items are valued at $149.
Isela Guzman, 44, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft and theft by deception after an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown 5:04 p.m. Dec 2. Guzman allegedly made frequent returns without receipts and replaced tags on various items. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Vehicle theft
Two vehicles were reported stolen from Knopf Automotive, 3401 Lehigh St., Allentown 11:46 a.m. Dec. 3. The first vehicle is a silver 2014 Mercedes S550V and the second is a silver 2001 Mercedes GL450.
