National Penn Bancshares, Inc. has announced that KimAnn Meyers has been promoted to vice president in National Penn's Commercial Credit Services department.

She reports to Thomas Miller, senior vice president and senior credit officer.

She is responsible for managing a team of credit analysts which support the credit functions of National Penn's business centers in the bank's Northern, Eastern, and Central Regions.

Meyers is a regional credit manager with almost 30 years of financial service experience.

Meyers, who resides in Whitehall Township, joined National Penn in 1997. She attended accounting classes at Lehigh Carbon Community College.

Meyers is active in the community through her treasurer position with the Whitehall Boys Basketball Booster Club.
