The Zephyr Key Club will hold a holiday toy drive for Zephyr and Steckel Elementary students from Tuesday, Dec. 3, until Friday, Dec. 13.

The club's recent food drive for Thanksgiving collected enough for more than 30 Thanksgiving baskets for needy families in the district.

The middle school band and chorus will present their winter concert this evening beginning at 7 p.m. in the Whitehall High School auditorium.

The PTO will hold a fundraiser item pick up Dec. 11, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The fundraiser includes Market Day, Brax Collector Cups and Spirit Wear items.

The Whitehall-Coplay Education Association will hold a toy drive to assist Toys for Tots Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Re/Max Unlimited located on Schadt Avenue, Whitehall.

To donate, bring toys between 9 and 11 a.m. Items donated will be distributed to those in need so they can have a nice Christmas.

The WCEA would like to recognize the efforts of the students, teachers, staff and administrators for their strong showing on the School Perfomance Profile exams.

Consider becoming a member of the WCEA. The organization provides support to students and the community.

Little Shopper's Shoppe at Steckel Elementary School will be held Dec. 11-18.

Students will be bringing home more detailed information and order envelopes.

The middle school will present their annual play, "The Christmas Carol," 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18 in the middle school auditorium.

The Whitehall Music Parents Association is hosting Lunch with Santa Saturday, Dec. 14, in the middle school cafeteria.

In the event of snow, the event will be held Dec. 21.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and the festivities continue until 1:30 p.m.

Pizza, hot dogs, desserts and drinks will be served. Games, crafts and candy will also be available and a photo can be taken with Santa and his elves.

A Little Shoppers Shop and a basket raffle are also scheduled to be part of the event.

The middle school and high school students will provide the musical entertainment.

Admission is by reservation only. Payment is due at the door.
