National History Day Competition presentations will be the topic of the Albany Township Historical Society meeting 7:30 p.m. Dec. 9 at the society's headquarters, 404 Old Philly Pike, Kempton.

Students from the Kutztown Area middle and high schools will present their award-winning exhibits from the 2013 National History Day Competition.

The participants took top honors at this prestigious program and are proud to share their love of history with the historical society.

The presentation is free and everyone is welcome to attend.

Kempton Rod and Gun Club, 192 Pine Creek Road, Kempton, will be will be cooking up breakfast 8 a.m.-noon Dec. 8. Menu includes eggs, sausage, French toast, pancakes, juice and coffee.
