Christ's Church at Lowhill Food Pantry is accepting donations by appointment or by bringing donations 9-11 a.m. the last Saturday of the month or 9-11 a.m. the third Tuesday of each month. Do not drop off your donations at the door.

The facility is not always staffed and no one may be on-site to accept the items.

The Blessings Shop distributes clothing, toys, household items. The shop is open the same hours as the food pantry.

Morgenland Church, Leather Corner Post, Orefield, is having a Breakfast with Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus Dec. 14.

Pancakes and sausage will be served 8-11 a.m.

Remembrance Tree ornaments will be available until Dec. 15. They may be purchased in the narthex before and after worship services.

Your name and the person for whom you are purchasing the ball in memory of, or in honor of will be noted in the Christmas Eve bulletin insert.

Choose from red, blue, green, silver or gold balls or a gold star.

Proceeds will be used to help defray the cost of heating the church during the winter.
