Reported in the 4600 block of Berwyn Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor smashed the rear window of a vehicle between 10 p.m. Oct. 30 and 7 a.m. Oct. 31.
Reported in the 7600 block of Barrow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor damaged a car window between 5 p.m. Oct. 31 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 2.
Reported by a resident in the 4400 block of Fairview Court, Upper Milford Township, a lawn was damaged by heavy equipment Nov. 8.
Reported in the 2000 block of Main Road East, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors broke a passenger side window and rear window of a vehicle between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Nov. 17. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Theft
Reported at the Lower Macungie Township Building, 3150 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor took a jacket with an iPod music player in a pocket between 6:30 and 8 p.m. Nov. 13. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Disorderly conduct
William Eric Obryant, 46, of Macungie, is accused of disorderly conduct after he allegedly lost his temper and cursed and screamed at management personnel when asked to leave the Buckeye Tavern in the 3700 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 6.
Retail theft
Michael Paul Rehrig, 30, of Palmerton, was arrested for suspicion of retail theft after he allegedly failed to pay full retail price for $579.51 worth of merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:57 p.m. Oct. 18.
Samantha Nichol Quinton, 18, of Alburtis, and Amber Lynne Marie Bean, 19, of East Greenville, were charged with retail theft after they allegedly took miscellaneous clothing items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:21 p.m. Nov. 2. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Yamilex Marie Rivera, 18, of Bethlehem, and Kellie Rose Fischl, 21, of Whitehall, were charged with retail theft after they allegedly placed $427.81 worth of items in a shopping cart and attempted to leave without paying for the merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:16 p.m. Nov. 9. Rivera and Fishcl allegedly abandoned the cart when confronted by loss prevention personnel at the store. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Zachary Daniel Bez, 20, of Macungie, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly stole $38.44 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:30 p.m. Nov. 9.
Reported at the Bon-Ton department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, a 27-year-old Allentown man, no name given, was charged with retail theft after he took two pair of earrings and walked out of the store where he was stopped by loss prevention personnel 2:48 p.m. Nov. 12. The man was taken into police custody. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Darin Christopher Gray, 43, of Allentown, was arrested and cited for retail theft after he allegedly attempted to take two DVDs, valued at $47.62, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:08 a.m. Nov. 13.
Reported at Kohl's department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor took eight pairs of headphones valued at $2,100, put them in his shopping cart and left the store without paying for his merchandise, 7:29 p.m. Nov. 2.
Macey Durant, 46, of New York, was charged with retail theft after loss prevention personnel stopped Durant for allegedly attempting to remove $80 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:21 p.m. Nov. 15. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Laurel Mist Reichard-Flynn, 19, of Mertztown, was accused of retail theft after she allegedly took $82.37 worth of miscellaneous health and beauty products from store shelves at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:51 p.m. Nov. 18. Reichard-Flynn allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise.
DUI
Gerard Joseph Quelly, 76, of Macungie, was taken into custody and charged with suspicion of allegedly driving under the influence along Route 100 northbound at Poplar Street, Macungie, 9:15 p.m. Nov. 4. Charges were filed in District Court 31-2-03.
Jack W. Zacharda, no age given, of Emmaus, was accused of suspicion of driving under the influence after he was allegedly stopped for a traffic violation along Chestnut Street at Beck Road, Upper Milford Township, 7:29 p.m. Nov. 10.
Joshua Donald Kratz, 22, of Macungie, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence after he was allegedly stopped for multiple traffic violations on Niagara Lane at Sauterne Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:47 a.m. Nov. 17. Charges are pending results of blood testing.
Oscar Luis Feliciano, of Dingmans Ferry, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol after an alleged traffic violation on Interstate 78 at mile marker 62.9, Upper Saucon Township, 12:35 a.m. Nov. 19.
Attempted theft from motor vehicle
Reported in the 4200 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors pried open the locked gas cover on a vehicle and unsuccessfully tried to siphon gas between Nov. 11 and 12.
