Construction items not delivered
According to a report received Nov. 12, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Noemi Wilson-Debriano, 3904 Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township, gave a check for $984.58 to a man Sept. 8 to purchase construction materials and to deliver them.
Police say the materials have not been provided nor has the money been returned.
This incident remains under investigation.
Copper wiring
stolen from Met-Ed
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say several spools of copper wiring was stolen sometime between 4:30 p.m. Nov. 11 and 7:30 a.m. the next day from Met-Ed, 2521 Echo Cove Court, Weisenberg Township.
Anyone with information about this theft is asked to call state police at 610-395-1438.
Charges pending
in Lowhill Twp
Brett Michael Knauss, 22, of Allentown, was allegedly involved in a non-reportable crash at 4:34 a.m. Nov. 16 at 2875 Post Road, Lowhill Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.
Police say Knauss allegedly exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication and was taken into the custody for driving under the influence.
Charges are pending results of the blood test.
Police investigate
incident
According to a police report received Nov. 3, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 16-year-old Kempton girl allegedly threw a book at a 93-year-old Kempton man and then struck him with a stick several times on the hands between 8 a.m. Oct. 26 and 8 p.m. the next day in the 9000 block of Airfield Court, Lynn Township.
The incident remains under investigation.
