Parkland Library is offering a five-week parent and child workshop for toddlers ages 1-5, their parents and caregivers 10:30-11:30 a.m. Nov. 18 and 25 featuring local professionals, who will serve as resources for parents.

The goal is to facilitate early intervention and to teach strategies for healthy child development and early literacy.

The library will be closing at 5 p.m. Nov. 27 and will be closed Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving.
