Police search

According to a police report received Oct. 25, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say charges are being filed against a 19-year-old Slatington man after a search of a vehicle Oct. 12 allegedly revealed a small amount of suspected marijuana on the person sitting in the driver's seat.
Police say the vehicle was parked in the north parking lot of the Slatedale Fire Company, Washington Township.
3-vehicle crash
in Weisenberg Twp
Jonathan Ray Cox, 21, of Breinigsville, was westbound on Old Route 22 7:40 p.m. Nov. 11 when he apparently fell asleep, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.
According to police, Cox's vehicle went off the roadway at 10240 Old Route 22 striking Andrew Christo Rainford's vehicle, which was pushed into a vehicle belonging to Michael Scott Luma, both of New Tripoli.
Both vehicles were unattended at the time. No injuries were reported, say police.
Rainford and Luma's vehicles were removed by Getz's Towing.
Cox will be cited as a result of the crash, police say.
Driver extricated
from vehicle
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Martha B. Wolf, 82, of Kempton, was driving a 2007 Honda Accord just before 2 p.m. Nov. 2 along Blue Mountain House Road, one mile north of Slateville Road, Lynn Township, when she apparently lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve.
According to police, Wolf was southbound on the gravel, one-lane-wide road.
Her car slid sideways on the gravel road, struck an embankment on the right side and rolled over before coming to a final rest on the passenger side, police say.
Wolf, who police say was not wearing her seat belt, was extricated from her car by emergency personnel and transported by Northwestern EMS to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for multiple injuries.
Wolf was charged with a traffic violation, police say.
Soda machine
damaged in Lynn
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say $30 in change was stolen from a Coca Cola machine sometime between 9 p.m. Nov. 6 and 7 a.m. the next day at Blose's market, 7070 Route 309, south of Memorial Road, Lynn Township.
This theft, which included damage to the machine, remains under investigation, police say.
