Theft from vehicle

Reported at the Wingate Hotel, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, the rear windows of three vehicles were smashed and items were taken between 9 p.m. Oct. 23 and 8 a.m. Oct. 24. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Reported in the 900 block of South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, a wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle between 11 p.m. Oct. 21 and 7 a.m. Oct. 22. The wallet contained a driver's license and two bank cards. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Harassment

Emily Grammes, 20, of Alburtis, was cited for harassment and underage drinking after she allegedly argued with a 21-year-old female in the 800 block of Heritage Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 5:02 a.m. Oct. 26. Grammes allegedly shoved the woman three times and allegedly was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.

Jennifer Marie Derr, 35, and Kathleen Anne Derr, 61, both of Macungie, will be cited for harassment after they allegedly argued in the 7400 block of Woodbine Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:54 a.m. Oct. 28. Jennifer Derr allegedly pushed Kathleen Anne Derr who then allegedly threw a laptop computer at the younger woman. Jennifer Derr then allegedly pulled Kathleen Derr's hair.

DUI

Barbara Jean Keyser, 52, of Bechtelsville, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after she was stopped for an alleged summary traffic violation along Interstate 78 at Exit 60, Upper Saucon Township, 2:31 a.m. Oct. 29.

Nilso Osorio, no age given, of the 1900 block of South Hall Street, Allentown, was accused of suspicion of driving under the influence after he was stopped for an alleged moving violation on Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 55.1, Salisbury Township, 1:12 a.m. Sept. 28.

Tonya Delynn Gunther, 36, of Slatington, was arrested and taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence after Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the 4700 block of South Cedarbrook Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:35 p.m. Oct. 5. and found Gunther allegedly seated in the driver's seat of her vehicle. Gunther allegedly drove to the location to purchase drugs from Joshua Ryan Shade, 34, of Allentown. Shade allegedly refused to sell drugs to Gunther, prompting a fight allegedly involving Gunther, Shade, Kimberly M. Wunderler, 42, of Coplay, and Tanya Larae Dulin, 35, of Allentown. Wunderler, Shade, and Dulin were accused of alleged disorderly conduct. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
