Sheckler Elementary School recycles old cellphones, ink and laser printer cartridges, laptops, iPods, digital cameras, GPS devices, PDAs, DVD video games and video game consoles.

Send any of these items you would like to get rid of to Room 203 to add them to the school's recycling collection.

Parents who need to make changes to a child's normal transportation on any given day must notify the school district transportation department. Call 610-264-3192 or email transportation@cattysd.org.

Cherrydale's Mega Moola Event, for students who sold 10 items in this year's fundraiser, will be held 6-7:30 p.m. Friday at Sheckler. Students must have a signed ticket to attend this event.

Band students will rehearse Wednesday at 8-10 a.m.
