Albany Township Historical Society will host Ron Gable for an informative talk about early firearms and their place in the lives of the first settlers of Pennsylvania and the Allemaengel area 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18.

The presentation will be at the historical society headquarters in Trexler.

Lynnport Fire Company will have it annual turkey raffle Nov. 22. Doors open 6 p.m. There will be food and beverages and live music by Mesa.

Ebenezer UCC, New Tripoli, reminds the community Ebenezer's Clothing Closet will be openfrom 6-8 p.m. Nov. 14 and 10 a.m.-noon Nov. 16.

There are free clothes available for the entire family. Take as much as you need. Proof of need not required.

Ebenezer UCC Preschool will have a pancake Breakfast with Santa 9-11 a.m. Nov. 30.

There will be breakfast, crafts, facepainting and of course photos with the Jolly Ol' Elf himself.
