K-9 assist

Salisbury police, along with K-9 Fonzie, were called to assist at an attempted burglary 2:53 p.m. Oct. 11 in the 700 block of Suter Road, Coopersburg. Fonzie tracked a person seen fleeing the scene and then lost the scent.

Public drunkenness

Timothy Wenner, 32, of Emmaus, was given a summary offense for disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness after an incident 8:20 p.m. Oct. 12 at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown. After making a purchase at the liquor store, Wenner allegedly became intoxicated and an ambulance was called to the scene where Wenner allegedly created a disturbance. He allegedly threatened EMS personnel and spat in an officer's face.

Disturbance

Police were called to The Devil's Folly Haunted Barn, 3350 Devonshire Road, Allentown, 10:20 p.m. Oct. 12 for a disturbance created by two males and one female who appeared to be intoxicated. Police were unable to locate those individuals.

Criminal mischief

Jason Flaim, 40, of Allentown, was charged with criminal mischief, stalking and disorderly conduct after an investigation concerning a car parked in the 1700 block of Piccadilly Circle, Allentown, 1:13 a.m. Oct. 13. Flaim allegedly keyed a car at his ex-girlfriend's home causing $5,000 of damage. His computer and cell phone were confiscated and he was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Retail theft

Victoria's Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, reports the theft of multiple various color of panties from the store valued at $1,350. The items were removed sometime Oct. 15.

Theft

A visitor to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, reports her rings were stolen from a bathroom 6:45 a.m. Oct. 15. The victim said she took the rings off to wash her hands and returned in 30 minutes to find them missing. They were valued at $6,000.

A victim reports a bicycle missing from the rear of Starbucks, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, 12:37 p.m. Oct. 16. The victim parked the bike at 5 a.m. and it was missing at noon. There was no value listed for the bicycle.

Disorderly conduct

Six juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct after violating the after-dark park ordinance. They were discovered at Franko Farm, 1301 Black River Road, Bethlehem 9:24 p.m. Oct. 16. Two of the juveniles were also charged with possession of marijuana.

Theft from vehicle

A hunter who parked his car along Constitution Drive discovered a half tank of fuel was removed from the tank 4:54 p.m. Oct. 16 while he was gone for two hours.

Salisbury's quick response vehicle assisted a resident for dizziness in the 1800 block of Cypress Avenue 10:32 a.m. Oct. 11.

The quick response unit assisted a person having seizures in a vehicle along Interstate 78 at the Summit Lawn ramp 11:06 a.m. Oct. 11.
