To the Editor:

Without the help of generous donors, the Emmaus Halloween Parade would not have marched.

The Emmaus Halloween Committee would like to thank the Emmaus General Authority for its very generous donation. We would also like to thank the residents of Emmaus for stepping up this week and sending in more donations.

One long time resident of Emmaus donated $300 the amount needed to pay for all the prizes in one category. Another donated $100 for each one of her children who always enjoyed the parade as they grew up. We were very grateful for her five children!

A family that lives on the parade route, who has a party every year, put a donation jug on the table and ended up with over $125 from their guests!

So here's to the residents, the very wet residents, of Emmaus who supported our parade and continue to make it the success it is.
