September 2014 nuptials

Mr. and Mrs. Richard N. Parkes, of Alburtis, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Sue, to Matthew Joshua Hoffer, of Elizabethtown, Lancaster County.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Emmaus High School and a 2010 graduate of Elizabethtown College, where she received a master's degree in occupational therapy.

Her fiance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Hoffer, of Manheim, Lancaster County.

He is a 2001 graduate of Manheim Central High School and a 2013 graduate of the Universal Technical Institute in diesel mechanics.

A September 2014 wedding is planned.
